Shopping with The Garage Elite

These terms apply to purchases made through thegarageelite.com. Please review the product description, images, scale, SKU, price and availability before ordering. Contact us if you need clarification about a listed item.

Orders and payments

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information at checkout. Review the amount payable and any shipping charges before completing payment.

Pre-order bookings

The ₹99 payment shown on a pre-order listing is a booking deposit per item, not the full product price. The full price displayed is an estimate and may change. We will confirm the final price and provide instructions for paying the remaining balance.

After confirmation, pre-order bookings cannot be cancelled and booking payments are non-refundable. If The Garage Elite is unable to fulfil your pre-order, the amount paid for that order will be refunded.

Release and delivery dates are estimates and may change because of brand allocation, shipping schedules, customs processing or unexpected delays. Our team may contact you by WhatsApp or phone regarding the balance, order progress or delivery coordination.

Damaged items and returns

Regular in-stock returns are accepted for products that arrive damaged, as described in our return and refund policy. Contact our team with the order details and photographs so we can review the issue.
